30-Day Free Returns

Your satisfaction is essential to us. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations or you change your mind, you may return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Use the Contact Us button at the bottom of our website to request your prepaid return label. Refund claims outside this timeframe will not be considered.

  • Pre-owned devices: You can return your undamaged device within 30 days for a full refund. To be eligible, the device must be in the same condition it was purchased, free of passcodes, iCloud/Google accounts, or software locks, and include all original accessories. If inspection finds obvious signs of use or damage after delivery, no refund will be granted, and the device will be returned to you.

  • Brand new devices: You can return unopened and undamaged products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days for a full refund. If opened or damaged after receipt, no refund will be granted.


If your device arrives damaged, you must report it within 4 business days of delivery. Photos of both the item and packaging are required.

12-Month Warranty

Every device purchased from SWEEP includes a free 12-month warranty, provided either by the manufacturer or vendor depending on the product.


What’s Covered:

  • Hardware and software defects under normal use
  • Operational and functional issues not caused by physical/liquid damage



What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage from drops, spills, or pressure

  • Water damage or third-party repairs

  • Cosmetic wear and tear such as scratches or dents


If a device is inspected and found defective, SWEEP or the vendor will, at their discretion:


  • Replace it with the same model and cosmetic condition, or

  • Refund the purchase value to your original payment method


If inspection shows water damage, breakage, third-party tampering, or misuse, the warranty becomes void. In such cases, SWEEP can connect you with trusted repair partners at your own cost.

Extended Protection (Optional)

SWEEP offers optional extended protection plans beyond the standard 12-month warranty.

Covered:

  • Drops, spills, liquid damage, mishandling, and cracks

  • Failures not included under standard warranty

  • Replacement, repairs, and shipping costs

Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and cosmetic damage not affecting use

  • Loss, theft, negligence, or intentional damage

  • Data loss, deletion, or corruption



Extended protection may cover up to 24 months and includes unlimited repairs up to the original purchase price. If irreparable, you may receive a reimbursement up to the purchase value (less any applicable service fee).

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, SWEEP may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund as a resolution instead of a full return or cancellation.
